Six hours earns the entire Festival

fewer hours are prorated.

Volunteer assignments will sent approximately two weeks before the festival. You can pick up your reserved tickets and confirm your assignment at the Volunteer Check-in Table at the Festival entrance.

  1. I would like to volunteer for hours.
    Hour requirements:
    Whole festival - 6 hours
    Friday - 1 hour
    Saturday (one session) - 2 hours
    Saturday (both sessions) - 3 hours
    Sunday - 2 hours
  2. Please select which jobs you would like. Once you have selected jobs, the appropriate hours will be available below.

    Note: Positions for Sound/Stage Crew are staffed with a different application form
  3. Indicate below the times you are available to help. The more times you are available, the more chances you have of getting your preferred job. Please note: we do our best to accommodate you giving preference to time over job choice. Please understand that we are all volunteers and there are critical jobs & times that must be priority filled. While we will do our best to place you in a volunteer job we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a suitable position.
